No matter what the job entails, here’s the bottom line: I’m a storyteller.
Hi there! My name is Baylor. Whether I’m reading or writing, watching or creating, my life has always revolved around stories.
Visual storytelling holds a special place in my heart, so much so that I made the leap to pursue filmmaking as a career. My philosophy is that only we can make our own stories worth telling, so I do my best to live up to that both personally and professionally.
I’m a Georgia native, and I grew up in Metro Atlanta as a kid who knew a bit too much about movies for it to be a passing fascination. I made that clear in kindergarten when I showed up to career day in dazzling red carpet attire: a scarlet ballgown, a faux fur coat, and plastic heels. When asked for an explanation, I simply said “I have to look my best for my movie premiere.”
My story’s still in progress. Currently, I’m in Atlanta wrapping up my fourth and final year at the Georgia Institute of Technology for my Bachelor’s of Science in Literature, Media and Communication.
If you’re looking for a person with the big picture organizational and management skills necessary to still allow for creativity dedicated to even the smallest of details, I’m the best fit for your team. In particular, my proficiencies lie in film editing, direction, and cinematography.
Good stories make us want to change our lives and become better people; the best ones push us to transform the lives of others and make the world a better place.
I’m a storyteller, and I’m aiming to tell the best stories. How can I help you tell yours?
